Alumni return to talk about college

Jignesh DesaiKerr’s third Alumni Day began January 11 with speakers in advisory, followed by four 30-minute panel discussions, one for each of the classes. During each panel, 23 alumni answered questions from the students about the lives they enjoyed in college.

Cameron McClendon, class of 2009, talked about the importance of doing what you love in college, which includes picking your own classes and participating in extracurricular activities.

Helen Tang, class of 2012, emphasized how living on-campus will positively benefit students.

Monique Pham, class of 2009, spoke on the topic of procrastination in college and how it can only help to get the work done when it’s assigned.
