Stuco Heading to Winter Retreat

January 10, 2013

Student Council members who are attending winter retreat should meet at Kerr’s parking lot on Sunday, January 13, by 1:30 PM. Students will return on Monday, January 14.  by 3 PM.

All attendees need to pay $35 and turn in their permission slip to Margaret Bancroft by Friday, January 11.

Following hard sectional training, the band gathered for a full ensemble session, where they improved their synchronization and togetherness as a whole. Getting that time to work together as a whole really helps us bond and perform at our best, Raiyyan Khan said.

Voices of Alief Hosted a Meeting
Sip and Type Erica Carranza, Sarah Abi Saab, Abigail Nguyen, and Leah Ghebrelul meet up at Kims Tea House afterschool on Tuesday to prepare for a mock round on Thursday. During their time there, they researched the impacts of AI on disinformation. Im not the biggest fan of this motion, but Im still excited, Nguyen said.
