Music department presents holiday concert

November 29, 2012

The Music Department will be hosting a holiday concert on Friday, November 30 at Taylor High School’s auditorium at 6:30 PM.

Tickets can be bought for $3 pre-sale or $5 at the door from any orchestra, band, choir or handbells member.

Following hard sectional training, the band gathered for a full ensemble session, where they improved their synchronization and togetherness as a whole. Getting that time to work together as a whole really helps us bond and perform at our best, Raiyyan Khan said.

Voices of Alief Hosted a Meeting
Sip and Type Erica Carranza, Sarah Abi Saab, Abigail Nguyen, and Leah Ghebrelul meet up at Kims Tea House afterschool on Tuesday to prepare for a mock round on Thursday. During their time there, they researched the impacts of AI on disinformation. Im not the biggest fan of this motion, but Im still excited, Nguyen said.
