Alief Super Neighborhood Council seeks fruit trees for garden

The Alief Super Neighborhood Council has been selected as one of the finalists in the 2012 Communities Take Root program. This program gives communities the opportunity to plant fruit orchards.

Vote online at www.CommunitiesTakeRoot.com for the Alief Community Gardenlocated at Dairy-Ashford and Beechnut. The first round of winners will be announced May 31st.

Each person is allowed to vote once per day, every day.

The competition is sponsored by Dreyers. Participants can print out a coupon for Dreyer’s fruit bars.
