On October 10, students will receive exemption forms in advisory. Students are advised to take the form home to show their parents and get a signature.
On October 11, students need to get a signature from the teacher in the class or classes that they wish to exempt.
On October 14, students are advised to turn in the completed exemption form to the main office no later than 7:50 am.
By October 15, students should receive their approved exemption form in advisory.
