The National Health Service (NHS) Blood Drive for 2025 will be sponsored by the National Honor Society on September 26 in Room 321 from 7 A.M. to 2 P.M. Blood drives, such as this one, give a chance to those who are 16 and older to donate blood and make a memorable impact for the Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center.
Donors must be 120 lbs, have parental permission before donating blood, and be kept in the gym for 15 minutes to recover. Seniors can also receive a blood cord in this blood drive.
“It’s a big deal and a good experience,” NHS sponsor Toni Maness said. “There’s always a need for blood.”
