On Tuesday, November 19th, NTLB hosted its monthly mixer, which focused on the importance of adequate sleep and a balanced diet. The session began with a Kahoot game centered around the importance of diet and sleep, where mentors and mentees collaborated to answer questions. Following the game, lead mentors passed out supplies for the November activity: a hand-shaped turkey template. Mentors and mentees worked together to write something they were thankful for on each “feather” of the turkey and turn it in to an officer for points.
