On Wednesday, November 13th, band students auditioned for the Alief Honor Band at Hastings High School, competing against other top musicians from the district. Each student performed a prepared piece and technical exercises, aiming to secure a spot as the best in their section. The auditions began at 4:15 p.m. and continued into the evening. Those selected will represent their schools in the district-wide Honor Band, demonstrating their skills and dedication to music.
