Exploring Math: Mu Alpha Theta

Sign Up! Khavian Nguyen signs in at Mu Alpha Theta’s third meeting of the year. She was eager to learn more about next week’s induction event. “I love math—it’s something I even do for fun in my free time,” Nguyen said.

On Thursday, November 14, Mu Alpha Theta held its third general meeting in Room 334, covering several key topics. Leaders addressed students who hadn’t yet been assigned math mentees, discussed plans for the club’s upcoming induction, and shared details about picture day. They also highlighted upcoming math competitions with exciting prizes. Additionally, they plan to announce recent competition winners soon and distribute awards to celebrate their achievements.

Administration Hosts Leadership Lunch
Bring Your Money! Staff from Dilly Letter Jackets who are also in charge of caps and gowns were at both lunches to take orders. Students were encouraged to purchase during lunches as they are only there for two days to waive the shipping and handling fee. "We accept all forms of payments," a staff said.

STUCO's honorary post for Veteran's Day. To motivate more students to participate, students are granted one point for participation and two points for posting.

On the Move: Katelyn Nguyen and Andrea Ulin creates advertisement posters for Game Night that is Squid Game themed. They had to include the price, highlight of the games at the event, date, and time. "It was pretty fun to make," Nguyen said.
