Kerr Fitness Club Kicks off Volleyball Tournament

Spike! Senior Khoi Le jumps and blocks the ball over the net. He is a part of ‘Need New Name’ team and this play scored him 10 points. “My team has practiced a lot and I really hope we win,” Khoi said.

Kerr Fitness Club’s annual volleyball tournament has started this Monday. The tournament takes place afterschool across four days: November 4th, 7th, 11th, and 14th. There are six teams in total: Need New Name, Kerrasuno, The Challengers, Kerrodani, and Inarizaki. Students can enter the gym to watch the teams play for just one dollar.

It’s time for a mid-knight snack! Freshman Trang Trinh cheers for football team with poster. It was Trinh’s first Kerr football game. “I knew Kerr was going to win from the start,” Trinh said.
Kerr Football Wins Against AECHS
Staying Focused: Students played a game of "Leading the Blind." A player was blindfolded and was led by another student around the room to demonstrate leadership and trust. "Make sure to lead with responsibility," Principal Sara Tones said.
Administration Hosts Leadership Lunch
Bring Your Money! Staff from Dilly Letter Jackets who are also in charge of caps and gowns were at both lunches to take orders. Students were encouraged to purchase during lunches as they are only there for two days to waive the shipping and handling fee. "We accept all forms of payments," a staff said.

STUCO's honorary post for Veteran's Day. To motivate more students to participate, students are granted one point for participation and two points for posting.
