Science National Honor Society hosted its second young biologist program in the biology lab on Saturday, October 26. Multiple Ph.D students from different campuses showed up to aid members with a new hands-on experiment. This program was held to mainly conduct gram staining on different bacteria samples. Samples like E. Coli and staphylococcus were also used to see if they were aerobic or anaerobic by conducting a catalase test with hydrogen peroxide.
