Latinx Sells Birria Ramen

Getting A Taste of Culture: Latinx Association sponsor, Karen Orta, prepares Birria ramen orders. She brought and arranged all the materials for students to enjoy. “Filling out the orders was hectic but fun at the same time,” said Orta.

From September 16 to September 25, the Latinx association took pre-orders for Birria Ramen and drinks during A and B lunch. The orders were given out on September 27 during Food Frenzy along with the other orders from other clubs. Latinx  participated in Food Frenzy this year to show off their heritage as September celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month. Their sponsor, Karen Orta, showed up to help prepare and pass out orders.

NTLB Hosts Their Last Mixer
DUO! Thinh Ha and Lincoln Nguyen teamed up for the tennis tournament and triumphed in a thrilling 9-7 match to advance to the semifinals. The duo was pumped up and ready to take on their next challenge in the tournament."WOO! That was so much fun," Ha said.
Tennis Club Hosts Tournament
Engaged in discussion: NTLB Sponsor Jacob Lazarou and Vice President Sarah Abi Saab discuss over some ideas. Since most of the current officers are leaving, they are trying to plan for a smooth transition next year. "I think this will really help the incoming officers next year," Lazarou said.
NTLB Hosts Officer Meeting
Busy at Work: Executive board members Marcos Coronado and Giao Tran cut paper for the monthly birthday poster. STUCO members can earn points by helping them decorate the poster. "I'm glad there's so many hands to help us out," Coronado said.
