
On September 19th, Math Club held its first meeting to introduce students to Mu Alpha Theta, the national honor society. Officers outlined their goals for the year which are to establish a tutoring program, earn volunteering hours, and participate in math contests. Students interested in joining Mu Alpha Theta have until Friday, October 4th to submit their applications. The meeting wrapped up with a discussion of the club’s purpose and a game of Kahoot, where a group of sophomores won.
