On September 19, No Tigers Left Behind (NTLB) held its first board member meeting of the year with the lead mentors. The focus of the meeting was on organization to ensure a smooth start to the year. NTLB Vice President Sarah Abi-Saab outlined the agenda for the upcoming mixer on September 24, which will include an icebreaker activity, a discussion on the importance of GPA, and guidance on setting SMART goals. This mixer will mark a significant moment for many mentors, as it will be their first opportunity to meet their mentees.
