Mellophones in Motion: Band members practice their music in the cafeteria, They read and practiced their notes in unison. “It’s a little unusual practicing here, but we make it work and keep pushing forward,” Raiyyan Khan said.
On September 5th, some band members gathered in the cafeteria for a rehearsal session. Other members rehearsed in various locations, such as on the stage and in the hallway. Despite not being outside for their usual practice setting, they knew what parts to play. Their rehearsal is to prepare them for all future performances, with the ultimate goal of mastering them for marching.
