Update on Soccer Tournament Scores

The Kerr Soccer Tournament has just begun, with many intense matches and mental battles. So far, Snow Bunnies are leading the scoreboard in first place because of their captain, Seyon Peter. There have been many games of ups and downs for teams like FC Costa and Unathletico Madrid. They lost momentum and felt hopeless about making it to the group stage of the tournament.

Alief Hosts Horus Scholars Event
Tracking Volunteer Contributions: Members review their tutoring documentation during the November 13th advisory meeting. The club discussed upcoming competitions, including the Texas Math League and Mu Alpha Theta, while reinforcing the importance of mentoring and volunteer hours. Members are required to log weekly tutoring sessions to maintain active status in the club. “This helps us track our hours and stay committed," Princess Eche said.

Perfecting the Notes: Clarinet players Ifetayo Taiwo and Taylor Nguyen practice ahead of their Honor Band auditions. They dedicated hours of preparation on their clarinet pieces to ensure their performances stood out. “It’s an intense process, but I think it’s worth it to make it,” Taiwo said.
