Administration Prepares For Photos

SAVE THE DATE Elsik is hosting its 2nd annual field day on Thursday, September 14. The event will take place from 3 pm to 5 pm. “There will be a 60-foot obstacle course, tug of war, sack races, water squirters, soccer, music, concessions, and more,” stated Principal Vinson Lewis. “Presale tickets are $3 and can be purchased in the front office at Kerr through this Friday, September 8th.”

On Thursday, August 7, photos will be taken for underclassmen and staff. Representatives of all Clubs and Organizations will also meet up during advisory in Room 334 to clarify calendar events and any updated rules/regulations. Friday, August 8, will be Senior Photos. Next week on Thursday, September 14, there will be a field day at Elsik. Kerr students are welcome to participate. The following day, Friday, September 15, progress report grades will be entered for the end of 6 weeks.

NHS Hosts General Meeting
Staying Prepared: Officers Iris Hoang-Dugan and Manar Al-Gburi prepares the buffer solution for the experiment. They poured in salt into the solution with a mixture of soap and water. "It was easy to prepare," Al-Gburi said.
SNHS Hosts Last General Meeting
Coming To An End: SNHS announces cancellation of their last Young Biologist Program on their Instagram story. The story was posted on Friday, April 11 after school to notify members. "The Microbiologists decided to cancel because of all the testing that is happening," President Iris Hoang-Dugan said.

Breaking News: Sponsor Jacob Lazarou, Secretary Shirley Doan, and Secretary Feliz De Jesus discuss the things to come. Doan and Jesus took their stand for waffles. "We believe that waffles is a better alternative than mini pancakes," Doan said.
