10 Questions With Minh Luong
Minh Luong is a sophomore.
Q. What’s the last dream you remember having?
A: I don’t remember. It’s been a while since I probably got any good sleep because school has been keeping me.
Q. What does your last text say?
A: My exact last text was, “Cinco Ranch Hs”.
Q. What comes into mind when I say cabbage?
A: A vegetable? I only think of green vegetables when I hear about food or veggies.
Q. What are you listening to right now?
A: Well, I am not really listening to like a song or any music. I have a project where it requires me to watch these clips for a book, so I am listening to someone talk as of right now.
Q. What’s your philosophy in life?
A: This is easy, work smart, not hard. I don’t necessarily mean to cheat your way through or not to work hard, but sometimes those are just easier ways to solve something and I believe to use those shortcuts instead of taking the long road.
Q. Which parent is closer to you and why?
A: Both are even, I can’t choose between them. They both have my equal love and respect.
Q. Is what you’re doing now what you always wanted to do growing up?
A: I’m not doing much right now but going to school to pursue something. I’m targeting more medical so hopefully, it pays off. I am working hard in my classes so I can pursue this career and I really hope it is meant for me.
Q. What makes you feel accomplished?
A: Getting A’s, no actually straight A’s. I feel accomplished and proud of myself when I see an A.
Q. Who would it be if you had a chance to take home an idol?
A: I don’t know if I would bring an Idol, not much into idols but definitely a Kdrama actor/actress.
Q. Will you stay in Houston or move out?
A: I’m still thinking about it. I adore Houston; it holds so many memories for me, and I spent my entire childhood here. Houston is home, and home is where I want to stay, but I’ve lived here my entire life, and I’m eager to get out and explore. If I can accomplish it, and if the opportunity arises, I may accept it. If I’m being honest, it would be a spontaneous decision and I would choose, but I’m now split 50/50.
