Yearbook Hosts the Alphabet Auction

On Friday, January 27, Kerr’s yearbook team hosted the annual Alphabet Auction with the help of Adrian Garcia as the host. During this event, students are given an opportunity to compete and buy a letter to represent in a section of the yearbook. Simultaneously, the Pie in the Face event was held. Three staff members were voted to be pied by the student body. When the first letter of their names was to be auctioned, the teachers were called forward to randomly select a student’s name who would pie them. The selected teachers were math teacher Adrian Garcia, physics teacher, Thien Nguyen, and theatre teacher, Julie Ryan.
