The halftime dancers at the Alief Cancer Walk.
The Sistas Club (TSC) officers and members volunteered for the two-mile walk for breast cancer hosted by the Alief ISD Girls Club and Wellness Department.
The event started at 8 am and ended at 12 pm and included games, performances, and Alief staff with small businesses as vendors.
The walk coordinators donated $4754 to the Rose Mobile Mammography Program.
TSC helped set up games and pass out snacks to those completing the walk.
