The Sistas Club Plans Volunteer Activities

On Thursday, October 6, Kathy Harrison, The Sistas Club sponsor, told officers and members about two potential volunteer events.
Participation in the events would be awarded volunteer hours allowing members to meet the cord requirements.
The planned event is presented by the Alief ISD Girls Club and Wellness Department at Crump stadium and is a two-mile walk to support those with breast cancer and bring more awareness to the issue.
The walk will be from 8 am to 12 pm and members will be required to provide their own transportation both to and from the event.
Your donation will support the student journalists of Alief Kerr High School. Your contribution will allow us to purchase equipment and cover our annual website hosting costs.
