STUCO Recycles During Meeting
STUCO members sort items in the recycling bins.
On September 20, Student Council had its general meeting in the cafeteria from 2:30 to 4:30. During the meeting, STUCO collected all of the recycling bins in each center and sorted them into bags of plastic, paper, and cans. They sorted and bagged roughly eight bags of plastic bottles, which were given to Kerr Photosynthesizers for a recycling competition. They also introduced the new Executive Board Members, announced the homecoming theme, held mini-group discussions, and played icebreakers.
