MSA To Prepare For MIST
President Muneeb Ahad is working on getting all the details for the MIST competition that will be held during the fall. is a fun, educational, interactive program of competitions and workshops geared towards bringing high school students together from around the nation to develop leadership, communication, and other creative skills, all while gaining a deeper understanding of Islam and Muslims.
MSA plans to compete in this year’s Muslim Interscholastic Tournaments (MIST). MIST is a fun, educational, interactive program of competitions and workshops geared towards bringing high school students together from around the nation to develop leadership, communication, and other creative skills, all while gaining a deeper understanding of Islam and Muslims. There will be over thirty competitions for members to be involved in, including basketball, flag football, Quran recitation, etc. The competitions will be held at the University of Houston on a day in the fall yet to be decided by the organization.
