Cardio Week in Fitness Class
This week, the cardio has maxed out to 45 minutes. From now on out, for the rest of the term, the students will have to do 45 minutes of cardio a day to get their grade in. The cardio grade is calculated as a total average, so if they don’t meet it one day it won’t be a low grade, but it’d effect the average grade that goes in at the end of the term. As for weights, just basic weight training, but even that isn’t required. The only real requirement is the cardio. Sometimes the students have trouble because the bands which track your heart rate can glitch out, but usually they’re pretty accurate in comparison to how they used to be a few years ago.
