Fitness Classes Work On Cardio
For the week of 2/9, the Fitness classes are currently at 40 minutes of cardio. The topic covered this week is anaerobic movement fitness versus aerobic movement, and different types of exercises and how they classify. Anaerobic is an exercise that you can maintain for longer, and usually involves cardio exercises, and aerobic is shorter bursts of exercise. Some of the exercises that the Fitness classes have been taught already factor into these two categories, but for the most part they’re aerobic, and some anaerobic.
