Fitness Classes Transition To Outdoor Sports
As we approach the fourth week of the third semester Fitness classes are beginning to transition back into more outside sports and such. The weather recently has been very cold, which has prevented many students from playing outside, which is a large part of the P.E classes. As for health classes, they still have to adhere to this weeks cardio requirement which is 35 minutes, but their PAK work and tests are the focus of their grade. Overall, the fitness classes are in that middle of the term swing where a lot of their grades are going to fluctuate, but not to the point where they’re unchangeable.
