The Kerr Sistas Club partners with the Kerr African Student Association (ASA) to memorialize Black History for the upcoming Black History Month. The club plans to commemorate February by decorating the social studies center left wall with prominent Black figures and other aspects of Black culture. Both clubs led by ASA sponsor Jeremy Gilbert plan on finishing the project before the new month is welcomed. The club is open to ideas and people students wish to see on the wall. They are also accepting volunteers who wish to aid in mounting the wall. Students are encouraged to stay after school for the upcoming Mondays till the completion of the wall.
