On Monday, March 23, Daniel Gill began his first day teaching at Kerr.
Prior to his arrival, he worked as an academic adviser at the University of Houston’s College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics. He helped counsel biology, chemistry, and math students at the institution. Before this occupation, he worked as a teacher in Houston ISD for three years.
After hearing of Kerr’s job opening for a math teacher, Gill applied and interviewed with the school’s administration shortly after. He was offered the position in March.
Gill is currently teaching Algebra I and Algebra III classes this year.
