Project Shout-T, also known as Student Health OUTreach for Teens, is a partnership to educate high school teens on the importance of health care coverage; to train them as leaders in their schools and community; and help them sign up other for coverage in the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) or Children’s Medicaid.
All SHOUT-T leaders will be trained on the who, what, when, where, and why’s of children’s health coverage.
