Derek Davis says that his motivation is, "My kids, success; reaching kids helping them find their talent. Just enjoy coming to work everyday, doing it for twenty-four years or so. They say that if you find something that you'll love, you'll never work a day in your life. So, I do that. I drive about forty-five minutes from at North Katy and you kinda just meditate on the day, what we're going to achieve that day. When you have long days, like today's a tournament day, you know it's going to be a long one. But, it's worth it."
