Student Council Spirit and Service Cord applications Due

Student Council Spirit and Service cord applications are due Tuesday, May 8, to Margaret Bancroft.

Applications are available online on eChalk under the Student Council group.

In order to receive an honor cord, the following criteria must be met:

Students must be active for three semesters, one including their senior year.
Students needs to show participation in school activities (Ex: Spirit Week, Recycling Day, etc.) at least one time each year throughout two years of high school.
Students needs to demonstrate leadership activity (Ex: Holding officer position, attending district meeting, etc.) at least one time  each year throughout two years of high school.
Students need to demonstrate participation in community service activities (Ex: Volunteering) at least one time each year throughout two years of high school.

Students must maintain a grade point average of 2.0 or higher, un-weighted.

Students will not have any referrals for integrity related issues. Other referrals will not automatically cause illegibility, but will be evaluated on an individual basis by the executive board.
